The OHM Inventory App is used to record uses for Empower Suits. By utilizing the NETUM Wireless Barcode Scanner Front Desk Concierges are able to scan suits that have been used to track the amount of times they have been worn. Empower Suits have a duration of 100 uses and the by collecting this data we can ensure that all suits are working within their intended lifetime.

Studio Operations

Studios have the “OHM Inventory” application installed on their desktop at the front desk. When first logging into the application, the user will enter their username and password. The username will always be the studio email and the password is able to be changed at a studio level.

RFID tags can always be found sewn into the collar of suits (no matter the size or gender of the suit). The reader can find this tag by pointing the screen in the direction of the collar and pulling the trigger. The reader will pull the unique RFID code from the tag and insert it into the application so it can count the scan.

Studio’s will scan the RFID scans once the suits have been washed and air dried. Before placing in cubbies to be stored for future use, an associate will scan the RFID tags in the suits and ensure they are properly recorded into the OHM inventory application. After scanning, they will be placed into the rotation to be used again.
